Maple Syrup Festival
Visit and learn about Indiana’s largest producer, who have bottled over 13,000 gallons of pure 100% syrup since 1981. Enjoy tours of a modern sugarhouse with operating evaporator, then compare it to demonstrations of pioneer and Indian techniques.

Reminders
Next Friday, December 24th, the Douglass Christian Church CSA drop has been moved to Thursday of that same week. Also, the following week between Christmas and New Year’s Grasshoppers will not be delivering CSA Shares. They will resume the first full week in January 2011 (1/3/11-1/7/11).
2011 Maple Syrup Open House
This Sat and Sun, March 12-13, Leane and Michael’s Sugarbush will open their farm in Salem, Indiana to the public for an open house from 9am-5pm each day. Those who attend will enjoy a relaxed, family friendly environment and the beauty of the farm in early spring.
