Sweet Potatoes
Keep unwashed in a cool dark place and use within 2 weeks. Stored at room temperature, Sweet Potatoes should be used with a week. DO NOT store in refrigerator as cold will darken the potato and affect its taste.

Thyme or Basil
Salt
Directions:
I took all those extra tomatoes we’ve been getting and made sun dried tomatoes this weekend. Slice them, put salt and fresh thyme on them and put them in the oven overnight at 150 degrees (200 is ok too). They were unbelievably good the next morning.

Use Sundried Tomatoes on homemade pizza, in salads or toss in with olive oil and pasta.
